Thank you for choosing getposturecare.com. We are dedicated to delivering your posture care belt to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping guidelines and practices.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification via email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping options calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping speed selected.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for your country will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Duties, Customs, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. getposturecare.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from our Shopify store containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check its delivery status in real-time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active on the carrier's portal.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 4 days of receiving your order confirmation email, or if your shipment has stalled, please contact us immediately at help@getposturecare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses using standard postal services. However, expedited or overnight shipping methods may not be available for these locations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs to mail the package out a second time.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We want to ensure your posture belt arrives in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at help@getposturecare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work swiftly to send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier first. getposturecare.com is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery, but we will gladly assist you in opening a carrier claim.
