Thank you for shopping at getposturecare.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your posture care belt, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Product Condition
Because our posture care belts are wearable items that come into close contact with the skin, we must enforce strict hygiene and safety standards. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the posture care belt shows visible signs of heavy use, stretching, dirt, or odor.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to our support team at help@getposturecare.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping box without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your posture belt arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect size/item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund. Please include photos of the defect in your initial email to help@getposturecare.com.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your package. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You should see the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's processing policies.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the same posture belt. If you need to make an exchange, please email us directly at help@getposturecare.com so we can verify stock availability and guide you through the process.
